Co-owner of RSJ, a financial derivatives-trading company and author of the D21 electoral system: the “Janeček method”. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, majoring in probability theory and mathematical statistics, and has a PhD in mathematical finance from the Carnegie-Mellon University. He specializes in optimal control in financial
mathematics.
