As a Junior Accountant, you will bring strong attention to detail and a foundational understanding of financial processes to support our daily accounting operations. In this role, you will assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Lead to join Creative Dock and play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and data-driven execution of HR operations. This role is critical in driving HR controlling, compensation management, and data integrity, enabling informed decision-making and supporting compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and coordinate day-to-day HR Operations activities, ensuring efficient and consistent execution across all processes.
Support, guide, and develop the HR Operations team, providing clear prioritization with a hands-on approach.

Own HR controlling and cost management, including:
Compensation cost planning and forecasting
Cost roll-forward and variance analysis
Participation in financial planning cycles and regular cost reviews
Oversee and maintain compensation structures, including grading and salary frameworks, ensuring internal consistency.
Act as the HR data owner, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and processes.
Manage and continuously improve HR reporting, delivering both regular and ad hoc reports for Finance, HR Business Partners, and leadership.
Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to build and maintain HR data dashboards, ensuring clear and effective communication of insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR operations and reporting.
Ensure compliance and proper documentation of HR processes.
