POSITION'S OBJECTIVE
To enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation and optimization of marketing automation systems and strategies, with the goal of driving customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce marketing cloud) to execute targeted and personalized marketing campaigns across different channels.
Develop automated workflows and sequences for customer onboarding, and re-engagement to drive conversions and increase customer lifetime value.
Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and IT to integrate automation workflows and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., email engagement, campaign ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing automation best practices, platform usage, and campaign execution.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that go beyond the basics, ensuring our users stay happy and productive.
Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with L1 support, developers, and L3 experts to crack complex cases.
Knowledge Power-Up: Document your findings and create stellar knowledge base articles to help both the team and our customers.
Spot the Trends: Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements to our dev teams.
Stay Ready: Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure our most critical users are covered when it matters most.
What do we expect from you?
Technical Mindset: You have a natural knack for troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Ticketing Mastery: Proficiency in Jira Service Desk (or similar systems) is your bread and butter.

Hlavní odpovědnosti:
Zodpovědný/á za tvorbu kvalitních textů v souladu s brand guidelines a tone of voice značky a zároveň za podporu koordinace a realizace marketingových aktivit a kampaní.
Tvorba jasných, přesných a konzistentních textů v souladu s brand guidelines a definovaným tone of voice
Plnění copywriterských úkolů na základě zadání a pod vedením seniorních členů týmu
Tvorba obsahu pro webové stránky, landing pages, sociální sítě, e-maily, newslettery a základní reklamní formáty
Přizpůsobování sdělení různým formátům, kanálům a cílovým skupinám
Korektura a editace textů s cílem zajistit gramatickou správnost, srozumitelnost a konzistenci
Základní research na podporu tvorby obsahu a zvýšení jeho relevance
Využívání nástrojů s podporou AI (např. ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper) pro návrh textů, tvorbu nápadů a optimalizaci pod vedením
Podpora plánování a realizace marketingových kampaní a projektů
Pomoc se správou sociálních sítí, včetně plánování obsahu, jeho publikace a základní komunikace s komunitou
Koordinace komunikace s interními týmy a externími partnery pro zajištění hladkého průběhu aktivit.
Požadované dovednosti a kvalifikace:
Výborná písemná čeština se silnou znalostí gramatiky a copywriterskými dovednostmi
Schopnost přizpůsobit styl psaní různým tone of voice a brand guidelines
Základní znalost digitálních marketingových kanálů (např. sociální sítě, e-mail, web) a formátů obsahu
Zkušenost s AI nástroji pro psaní a produktivitu (např. ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion AI nebo podobné)
Velká pečlivost a schopnost dodávat přesné a kvalitní výstupy
Schopnost řídit více úkolů současně, efektivně si stanovovat priority a dodržovat termíny
