Stejně jako další projekty Creative Docku vznikly Domy sobě proto, aby zlepšovaly lidem život. V daném případě, aby milionům obyvatel bytových domů pomocí fotovoltaiky a dalších úsporných technologií pomáhaly šetřit energie a zlepšovat životní prostředí. Na projektu pracujeme se společností Veolia, která zajišťuje finanční stabilitu i zázemí jednoho ze světových lídrů v oblasti energetiky. A právě teď Domy sobě potřebují Vedoucí/ho obchodu.
Co od vedoucího obchodu očekáváme
- Schopnost plánovat a realizovat obchodní strategii
- V prvních 3 měsících alespoň 3 dny týdně v kancelářích Creative Docku v kombinací s prací v terénu. Následně podle potřeby a domluvy s ředitelem projektu
- Předchozí zkušenosti s B2B prodejem (cena komodity 500 000 Kč a více výhodou)
- Komunikační dovednosti a flexibilita
- Řidičský průkaz skupiny B a vlastní auto jako podmínka (náklady proplácíme)
- Zkušenosti s vedením obchodního týmu do velikosti 5 lidí výhodou (zkušenost s péčí o zákazníky není nezbytná, naučíte se v praxi)

Jaké jsou hlavní odpovědnosti
- Splnění hlavního KPI – počet podepsaných smluv o realizaci – plus reporting průběžných výsledků přímo řediteli projektu, který je zodpovědný za výsledky
- Přímé vedení a motivace obchodního týmu + odpovědnost za tým péče o zákazníky, který je nedílnou součástí prodejního procesu, a proto přímo reportuje vedoucímu obchodu
- Aktivní prodej produktu, účast na hlasování či zasedání SVJ v terénu, ale také zájem přinášet vlastní klienty, aby měl projekt co nejlepší výsledky
- Optimalizace prodejního procesu (realizace každé dodávky trvá ideálně 6, realisticky 9–12 měsíců) i procesů v rámci obchodního oddělení
- Sledování kvality práce kolegů, za které má vedoucí obchodu přímou odpovědnost. Jejich edukace, mentoring a motivace ke zlepšování v oblasti soft-skills i KPIs
- Komunikace s tzv. sponzorem – neboli zástupcem společnosti Veolia, který má za projekt zodpovědnost v rámci skupiny Veolia i před akcionáři
- Péče o klientské portfolio
