Venture Lead – B2B Logistics & Supply Chain
Introduction
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-driven Venture Lead to carve out a new business unit and build it into a standalone company with its own product, P&L, and operations. This venture will focus on solving high-value B2B problems in logistics and supply chain, creating solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and commercial performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead the full journey from setup to growth and long-term business success.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build and launch a standalone B2B venture in logistics and supply chain
Define the product, business model, and go-to-market strategy
Work closely with the CTO on the venture’s technology platform, including CRM and distribution systems, with enough high-level understanding to help shape priorities and business requirements
Own the venture’s commercial success, including revenue growth and partnerships
Set up and manage the operating model, team, and P&L
Lead the venture from early-stage validation through to scale
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a founder, CEO, Venture Lead, or senior business leader with end-to-end ownership
Strong B2B commercial profile with experience building and growing business solutions
Demonstrated ability to take a business from concept to market traction
Experience owning commercial performance, financial outcomes, or P&L responsibility
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills in fast-moving environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from early stages
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, freight, or related sectors
Background in building or scaling startups, ventures, or new business units
Understanding of operationally complex B2B environments
Czech and English language skills, with Czech important for local B2B development and English essential for communication with company leadership and other stakeholders
Network within logistics, supply chain, or industrial ecosystems
