Event & Ops Lead

🚀 The Operations & Events Lead's core mission:

• Build and own the end-to-end event delivery system for a new mobile application.

• Act as the primary contact and negotiator with venue providers, event organizers, and strategic partners.

• Design seamless event execution and customer support systems built for a high-quality visitor experience.

• Introduce automation and AI-supported workflows (no-code, prompt engineering) to scale venue-sourcing, contract tracking, and operations.

• Own decision-making authority within operations, translating high-level priorities into actionable projects with clear timelines and milestones.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Growth, and client-facing teams to align delivery quality with app capabilities.

🛠️ Your craft & expertise:

• Proven experience in event management, venue sourcing, and partner relations (min. 2–3 years).

• Hands-on experience building or deploying automation and AI-supported workflows (e.g., Make, Zapier, prompt engineering, chatbots).

• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of business models, unit economics, and operational drivers.

• People management skills with the ability to lead direct reports or on-site execution teams.

• Proficiency with resource and planning tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Float).

• Comfortable working with operational data, venue pricing, capacity modeling, and KPI reporting.
