Venture Lead – International Scale-up (Social App)

The "Reclaiming Social" venture has moved past its infancy. We have a working product and a

proven model in the Czech Republic. Now, we are shifting gears to global expansion—starting

with Spain.

We are looking for a Venture Lead who is the perfect blend of a B2B Hunter, a B2C

Growth Mindset, and a Tech-literate Strategist. You don’t need to code, but you must

understand how a digital product breathes, how users flow through it, and how to fuel that flow

with smart marketing.

The Mission: Scaling a Global Ecosystem

Your job is to bridge the gap between high-level B2B partnerships (event operators) and a

seamless B2C user experience. You will be responsible for the "full picture"—from signing the

partner to ensuring their end-users are obsessed with the app.

Accountabilities and Deliverables

• International Expansion: Architect and execute the market entry strategy for Spain and

  beyond.

• B2B Partnership Mastery: Drive growth by securing key partnerships with event

  operators and B2B stakeholders.

• Product & Customer Journey Oversight: You own the "Big Picture" of the user

  journey. You’ll ensure the transition from B2B partner acquisition to B2C user

  engagement is frictionless.

• Growth Marketing Strategy: Oversee marketing efforts to drive user retention and

  acquisition. You aren’t the one running the ads, but you are the one defining the North

  Star metrics.

• Business-Tech Translation: Act as the bridge between business goals and the product.

  You understand the technical logic of a SaaS/Digital platform and can prioritize features

  that drive ROI and retention.

What We Need From You

• B2B & B2C Hybrid: You understand the complexity of B2B sales and the emotional

  triggers of B2C marketing.

• Tech-Literacy: You have a solid grasp of how digital products (SaaS/Apps) work. You

  understand APIs, user flows, and data structures well enough to lead the product's

  strategic direction.

• The "Hunter" Spirit: You are a natural closer. You enjoy the thrill of international

  business development and market conquest.

• Customer Journey Expert: You are obsessed with how users interact with technology.

  You know where they drop off and how to get them back (retention).

• Marketing Savvy: You understand the fundamentals of performance marketing,

  branding, and community building in a digital-first world.

• Leadership & Scale-up Experience: 8+ years in leadership roles, ideally having

  managed the international growth of a tech-enabled business.
