The Role: Own the Journey
In this role, you will be a true partner to our Recruitment Lead. You will handle 360-degree recruitment, meaning you are the face of Creative Dock from the first "hello" to the moment the candidate accepts the offer.
Key Responsibilities:
360° Recruitment Cycle: Managing the entire process—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer stage for various roles across the Czech Republic and our international hubs.
International Sourcing & Headhunting: Actively searching for top-tier talent in multiple markets, using your creativity to attract innovators who fit our unique culture.
Stakeholder Partnership: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and acting as a consultant on the talent market.
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience that leaves every candidate with a great impression of Creative Dock.
Offer Management & HR Support: Preparing and presenting offers to your successful candidates and handling the essential "behind-the-scenes" tasks, such as maintaining our HRIS (Factorial) and ensuring all recruitment-related paperwork is spot on.
AI-Driven Hiring: Utilizing our internal AI tools to keep our process fast, fair, and efficient.
Internships Management: Communicating with international agencies, connecting relevant profiles with the right people, preparing necessary documents, overseeing the whole selection process and making sure all the records are up to date.
What we are looking for:
Experience: You have your first proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Language Skills: Mandatory Czech (native/fluent) and fluent English—you will communicate in both daily.
Personality: You are energetic, resilient, and genuinely love the "matchmaking" aspect of recruitment.
Mindset: You are organized enough to handle HR tasks with ease, but dynamic enough to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Location: Based in or near Prague.
