Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM)

POSITION'S OBJECTIVE

To enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation and optimization of marketing automation systems and strategies, with the goal of driving customer engagement, conversion, and retention.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce marketing cloud) to execute targeted and personalized marketing campaigns across different channels.

  • Develop automated workflows and sequences for customer onboarding, and re-engagement to drive conversions and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and IT to integrate automation workflows and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., email engagement, campaign ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing automation best practices, platform usage, and campaign execution.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce marketing cloud, Hubspot, Klaviyo).

    Experience with email marketing software and best practices for email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.

    Knowledge of e-commerce systems and integration with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship managemen

  • Communication, adaptability, project management, analytical thinking
