We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Prague. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general corporate agenda and contracts drafting. We prefer a candidate with solid knowledge of labor law, data protection, and IT/IP. This role requires a proactive individual with negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, capable of handling complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate and M&A: Advising on legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions; handling corporate matters, restructuring and changes;due diligence.

  • IT/IP: Drafting contracts related to software development and implementation; managing trademark license agreements and trademark registrations.

  • Commercial Agreements: Reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements.

  • Labor Law: Drafting internal regulations, employment contracts.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an international environment and supporting international businesses.

  • Law Faculty degree, Diploma of European Union Studies or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience.

  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in English and Czech, knowledge of German is an advantage.
