What we need from our Backend Developer:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin and Spring Boot 3.x.

• Implement and manage build processes using Gradle and orchestrate services with Docker Compose.

• Design and develop APIs using GraphQL and manage database changes with Liquibase.

• Work with Kubernetes for deployment and manage microservices architecture efficiently.

• Ensure reliable message processing with asynchronous messaging systems like RabbitMQ.

Necessary skills and experiences:

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot 3.x.

• Solid experience with Gradle, GraphQL, Liquibase, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in Docker Compose for local development and service orchestration.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with a proven track record in backend development.

• Team-player mindset with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.

• Fluent English, with other languages being an advantage.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• Experience with AWS Cloud and familiarity with SCRUM methodology.

• Integration experience with Keycloak and automation using GitLab CI/CD.

• Knowledge in defining Kubernetes manifests (Helm) and experience with PostGIS.

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Grafana, and Prometheus for monitoring and observability.

• International background or experience working in distributed teams is a plus.
