At Creative Dock, we’re looking for a Medior HR Specialist to take ownership of our HR administration and keep our people operations running like a well-oiled machine. Reporting directly to HR Operations Lead , you will be the backbone of our employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Administration: Managing complete HR administration for Czech employees, ensuring every step from onboarding to offboarding is accurate and compliant.

  • Payroll & Compliance: Preparing monthly payroll inputs, tracking hours for DPP/DPČ, and monitoring legislative changes to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.

  • Global Mobility: Handling the employment of foreigners, including the tracking of residency permits and employment cards.

  • Systems & Data: Maintaining our HRIS (Factorial), ensuring data quality, and supporting the digitalization of our archives.

  • Health, Safety & Benefits: Managing the BOZP agenda, coordinating Multisport cards, and promoting employee programs like Terap.io.

  • Special Projects: Keeping our Job Catalogue updated and establishing a robust system for tracking maternity and parental leave.

Skills

  • Experience: At least 2 years in HR administration or payroll, preferably in a dynamic or international environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (Factorial is a plus) and a solid grasp of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

  • Legal Knowledge: An understanding of Czech labor law and HR compliance requirements.

  • Language: Fluency in both Czech and English is essential.

  • Mindset: You have a high attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the discretion required to handle sensitive information.
