This role is a cornerstone in ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of all HR processes, from managing employee records in Factorial to supporting onboarding and offboarding. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR operations and employee relations.

  • Manage and update personal records and contracts in the HR system (Factorial), ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

  • Coordinate IT tickets, prepare and collect documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

  • Oversee digitalisation and structured archiving of HR documents.

  • Support HR process automation and participate in ongoing process improvements.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to supply up-to-date HR data for internal and external communications.

  • Maintain Joiners/Leavers overview and ensure consistency between tracking sheets and HRIS.

  • Manage cooperation agreements and NDAs for internal teams, ensuring proper documentation.

  • Gradually take ownership of dedicated HR administrative agendas.

Future-Growth Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain contract templates in Factorial.

  • Manage DPP/DPČ administration and record maternity/parental leaves in the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines and detail-oriented tasks.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive personal data with confidentiality and ensure legal compliance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), ideally Factorial.

  • A background in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HR process automation and a proactive mindset toward system improvement.

  • Experience with record-keeping and managing document archives.

Hiring Process:

Screening phone call with the Recruiter.

Interview with the Hiring manager.

Participation in a Bootcamp or case study (depending on the role).
