POSITION'S OBJECTIVE
The Finance Business Partner takes responsibility for collaborating with business units by providing financial insights and support to drive strategic and operational decision-making, while co-managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the designated domain and actively challenging key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with business units to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with business leaders to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to assess business performance.
Financial Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance and recommendations.
Cost Management: Assist in managing costs and identifying areas for operational efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and work with business units to mitigate them.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial strategies align with overall business objectives.
Financial Reporting Support: Support business units in understanding and interpreting financial reports

Financial modelling and variance analysis (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency)
Budgeting and forecasting (bottom-up and driver-based)

Financial storytelling and insight generation for non-finance stakeholders
Working with ERP / BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik)

EXPERIENCE
CHARACTERISTICS
Minimum 3 years Experience in a finance or business-facing role, such as FP&A, controlling, Financial analysis or data analysis. The ideal candidate has supported budget planning, financial reporting, and stakeholder collaboration in a business unit or project context
