Creative & Production Director
The Creative Marketing Director leads creative and content excellence across the CRE team, translating strategy into strong concepts, systems, and execution while elevating the quality of work, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting business growth. English is our working language, so full professional fluency is required.
YOUR IMPACT
Define creative and content direction across brands, platforms, and projects.
Translate business and brand strategies into strong creative concepts and narratives.
Provide senior creative oversight and ensure consistently high standards of craft and quality.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders as a trusted senior creative advisor.
Support new business development through pitch leadership and creative contribution.
Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Champion effective creative processes, tools, and ways of working (including the use of new technologies and AI).
Encourage experimentation and innovation while keeping focus on practical impact and delivery.
Represent the creative perspective in senior discussions and key decision-making forums.
Contribute to building external partnerships and strengthening the team’s reputation in the market.

Creative and content strategy development.
Art direction, design leadership, and brand systems.
Copywriting and storytelling excellence.

Experience leading client presentations and workshops.
Experience with new creative tools and workflows (including AI).
Creative quality assurance and senior creative review.
Experience supporting new business pitches.
