Venture Lead – Workforce-as-a-Service

Introduction
At Creative Dock, we build and scale ventures that redefine industries. We are now launching a next-generation workforce platform that deploys robot workers into real production environments—on demand, scalable, and fully integrated into factory operations. We are looking for a visionary CEO to lead this venture and define a completely new category: Workforce-as-a-Service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and scale a platform for deploying robot workers into industrial workflows 

• Define the product across robotics, orchestration, and service layers 

• Turn semi-manual processes into automated, repeatable deployments 

• Lead real-world rollouts in factories and logistics environments 

• Build a team across robotics, AI, operations, and commercial 

• Establish a scalable business model (subscription / usage-based)

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior leader in robotics, automation, or industrial technology

• Strong understanding of real-world deployments beyond pilot phases

• Demonstrated experience combining hardware and software into scalable products

• Ability to operate effectively in complex industrial and production environments

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience building or scaling category-defining products or platforms

• Commercial acumen with a track record of launching new business models

• Background in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations

• Familiarity with robotics deployment at scale

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high adaptability in fast-changing environments
