Venture Lead – Workforce-as-a-Service
Introduction
At Creative Dock, we build and scale ventures that redefine industries. We are now launching a next-generation workforce platform that deploys robot workers into real production environments—on demand, scalable, and fully integrated into factory operations. We are looking for a visionary CEO to lead this venture and define a completely new category: Workforce-as-a-Service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build and scale a platform for deploying robot workers into industrial workflows
Define the product across robotics, orchestration, and service layers
Turn semi-manual processes into automated, repeatable deployments
Lead real-world rollouts in factories and logistics environments
Build a team across robotics, AI, operations, and commercial
Establish a scalable business model (subscription / usage-based)
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior leader in robotics, automation, or industrial technology
Strong understanding of real-world deployments beyond pilot phases
Demonstrated experience combining hardware and software into scalable products
Ability to operate effectively in complex industrial and production environments
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience building or scaling category-defining products or platforms
Commercial acumen with a track record of launching new business models
Background in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations
Familiarity with robotics deployment at scale
Entrepreneurial mindset with high adaptability in fast-changing environments
