Introduction

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven CEO to lead the development and scaling of a manufacturing orchestration platform. This venture aims to transform factories into fully software-defined environments by orchestrating machines, workflows, and production systems in real time. This is a unique opportunity to define the control layer that enables adaptive, scalable, and autonomous manufacturing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build a platform to coordinate production workflows across machines and systems

• Enable dynamic scheduling, resource allocation, and real-time optimization

• Integrate with MES, automation systems, robotics, and data platforms

• Define the architecture for composable manufacturing applications

• Drive enterprise adoption in complex production environments

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior leader in enterprise software, MES, or industrial platforms

• Strong systems thinking with deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and operations

• Experience with orchestration platforms, workflow engines, or distributed systems

• Demonstrated success in selling and deploying solutions into large industrial organizations

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from early stages

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with global manufacturing enterprises or multi-site production environments

• Background in scaling venture-backed technology companies

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, smart factory, and automation trends

• Network within industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise software ecosystems
