Introduction

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven CEO to lead the development and scaling of a next-generation industrial data platform. This venture aims to unify engineering, production, and operational data into a seamless digital thread across factories, enabling real-time visibility, advanced analytics, and cross-site optimization. This is a unique opportunity to define critical infrastructure for the future of manufacturing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and scale a category-defining industrial data platform

• Define product strategy across data ingestion, modeling, and analytics layers

• Drive adoption across large industrial customers with complex legacy environments

• Establish ecosystem integrations (MES, ERP, IoT platforms, engineering tools)

• Build a high-performing team across product, engineering, and GTM

• Attend occasional business trips to Germany

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior leader in industrial SaaS, data platforms, or IoT

• Strong understanding of industrial data architectures, including TSDB, data fabric, and digital thread concepts

• Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing or asset-heavy industries

• Experience managing complex enterprise integrations and large-scale deployments

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from early stages

• Fluent English necessary, German is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with global industrial enterprises or multi-site manufacturing environments

• Background in scaling venture-backed technology companies

• Deep network within the industrial, manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 ecosystem

• Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI/ML applications in industrial contexts
