This venture focuses on enabling predictive, adaptive, and increasingly autonomous operations—optimizing production, improving quality, and reducing downtime. This is a unique opportunity to build the “decision layer” of the modern factory.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build an AI-native platform for real-time production optimization

• Develop use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality analytics, and process optimization

• Translate complex production data into actionable decisions and automation

• Lead enterprise deployments in high-value manufacturing environments

• Build a world-class AI + industrial engineering team

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior leader in AI, analytics, or industrial software

• Strong background in machine learning and its application to real-world systems

• Ability to bridge data science with operational execution in industrial environments

• Demonstrated success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions in complex environments

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from early stages

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, or industrial environments

• Background in scaling venture-backed technology companies

• Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 trends and AI applications in manufacturing

• Network within industrial, manufacturing, or advanced technology ecosystems
