About Creative Dock:
At Creative Dock, we're building the future of innovation. We're a global company that helps businesses transform and grow through cutting-edge solutions and a collaborative environment. Join us and be a part of a team that values creativity, impact, and continuous learning.
Your Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the strategy, execution, and constant optimization of performance marketing across paid channels, e-commerce, and marketplaces. You will be responsible for delivering measurable growth (revenue, ROAS/POAS, CAC, LTV) across multiple countries and brands, building scalable acquisition programs, implementing robust measurement, and partnering cross-functionally to align channel performance with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead hands-on setup, optimization, and QA of campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and relevant regional platforms.
Define testing roadmaps (audiences, creatives, bids, placements) and implement automation/alerts to maintain pacing and profitability.
Preferably bring experience with performance levers for D2C and marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Amazon Advertising and other major marketplaces).
Manage product feeds, catalog health, and merchandising signals; collaborate on pricing, promos, and availability to maximize contribution margin.
Drive incremental growth via Shopping, retargeting, and upper-funnel demand creation.
Plan and run multi-country campaigns, tailoring targeting, creatives, and offers per market.
Coordinate with local language resources; manage multi-currency budgets, local regulations (GDPR/Consent Mode), and market-specific channel mixes.
Propose and manage media mix and budgets aligned to KPIs (ROAS/POAS, CAC, revenue, new vs. returning).
Build weekly/monthly forecasts, run scenario planning, and maintain channel pacing with clear trade-off recommendations to stakeholders.
Design and maintain accurate conversion measurement (GA4, pixels, server-side where applicable).
Partner on data layer specs, event QA, and Consent Mode.
Build Looker Studio dashboards and deliver insight-led readouts (what/so-what/now-what), including incrementality and geo-lift tests where feasible.
Define and run structured A/B/n tests across ads and landing pages with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
Partner with UX/Design/Dev on landing page iterations to improve CVR and average order value.
Coordinate lifecycle and promotional activity within emailing (e.g., Mailchimp, Ecomail) to align paid acquisition with retention and upsell streams; inform audience syncing and creative sequencing across channels.
Work closely with design, content, e-commerce, and product teams.
Present results, insights, and action plans to project management and business stakeholders.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional performance channel (e.g., Microsoft Ads, TikTok).
Strong GA4 skills (events, explorations, attribution views) and dashboarding in Looker Studio; working knowledge of GTM (including Consent Mode) and basic server-side tracking concepts.
E-commerce and feed management familiarity (e.g., Merchant Center multi-country, feed tools such as Channable/DataFeedWatch/Mergado).
Marketplace advertising know-how (campaign types, retail readiness, SEO/paid interplay).
Understanding of experimentation frameworks, creative testing, and CRO principles; able to translate insights into iterative action.
Strong spreadsheet skills.
Understanding of privacy, GDPR, and platform policy compliance across the EU.
Experienced in implementing AI (e.g., any LLM program) into everyday work and frameworks.
Fluent in English.
Nice to have: experience with MMM/MTA concepts, catalog-driven ads, and collaboration with BI/Data teams.
Education in marketing is considered a plus.
