Frontend Mobile Developer (Flutter) | Manila

The core qualities of a Flutter Developer:
- Mobile App Craftsmanship: Write functional, structured, and easy-to-read code using Dart and Flutter. Maintain and evolve mobile apps with a clear focus on usability, performance, and quality.
- Agile Product Development: Play an active role in agile squads, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature delivery. Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to build user-centric features.
- Technical Ownership: Take ownership of the features you build — from development to deployment and maintenance. You build it, you run it. Be dependable and proactive in addressing bugs, technical debt, and improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with an international team of developers and stakeholders, bringing in curiosity, creativity, and strong communication skills. Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
What we need from the Flutter Developer:
- Flutter & Dart Expertise: Proven experience in developing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. A strong grasp of mobile development principles and app architecture.
- Additional Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Elixir is a strong plus. Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Experience & Mindset: Minimum of 4 years in mobile development, with a track record of delivering well-crafted features. Team player with a hands-on, open-minded approach and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
- Lifecycle Understanding: Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in remote and multicultural teams. Adaptable, curious, and quality-driven.
