Customer Care Specialist
For our client, we are building a unique venture / e-commerce platform in the UK which will help people switch from combustible cigarettes to reduced-risk alternatives (such as heated tobacco products, e-cigarettes and pouches) using data science enhanced with gamification and loyalty programme. We already launched a product on the UK market and now we want to grow the customer base, build new exciting product features and learn.
We are looking for a person who will be the voice of the venture to our customers, drive the communication, actively search for improvements based on our customers feedback and help us shape the best customer experience!
Core qualification of Customer Service Specialist
- Person enthusiastic and emphatic towards daily customer communication (we want to build 5 stars customer experience and you will be heavily driving the impact!)
- Proactive solution seeker with open mind
- Excited person to build new service
- Preferably native English speaker or flawless English skills

What we need from Customer Care Specialist
- Deal with customer queries both online (email, social media) and offline (phone)
- Check and process shipments on the 3PL partner platform
- Identify potential cases about issues with products/shipments
- Keep a track record of all new customers’ queries, complaints and feedback in one simple database
- Identify improvement opportunities for our product and communicate with our international product team to implement the solution
- Previous e-commerce customer care experience preferable, but not essential
