Your responsibilities

  • Structure and visually design project materials like proposals, presentations, infographics and reports
  • Craft persuasive visual narratives applying an understanding of design principles
  • Apply a keen eye for accuracy, detail, and quality control, ensuring error-free outputs
  • Manage working simultaneously across projects while maintaining a bespoke and high-quality input for each
  • Challenge and enhance client projects by joining our project teams to bring in a designer’s perspective
  • Manage working both in person and remotely with teams across our international offices
  • Support internal design and communication activities where needed and expand our internal design resources, increasing design awareness within our team

Your qualifications

  • Preferred work experience (1 year) in a company environment (entry level will be considered)
  • Strong interest and preferable knowledge in methodologies such as Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking and agile concept development
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in visual communication or related fields, with a strong understanding of design theory
  • Visual storytelling skills are an asset
  • Professional level in Adobe Software (InDesign; Photoshop; Illustrator), Figma and presentation software like powerpoint and google slides
  • We expect excellent knowledge of English with fluency in speaking, reading & writing, German or other languages are a plus
  • Additionally you are proactive (bring in ideas & initiatives), action-oriented and autonomous, pay attention to detail, learn quick and are a team-player
