We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and to provide sufficient support to our projects.
The core qualities of HR Specialist
- Computer literacy and ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Previous experience in HR administration and/or reporting
- Experience in contract management as an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws

What we need from HR Specialist
- Ability to work with and analyze data
- Build up a reporting system and be the owner of it
- Become the superuser of our HRIS (Factorial) and other HR-related IS
- Develop internal administrative processes and cooperation with HRBPs
- Cooperate closely with the Finance team on payroll administration
- Control the administration of the company's personnel
- Maintaining personnel records in the HR information system
- Keep our paper and online documents up to date
- Participate in projects of the HR Operations team (automation, process set-ups, etc.)
