Finance Controller

We are an independent corporate venture builder, concurrently managing multiple projects across different countries, currencies, and legal frameworks. Currently, we are seeking a seasoned finance controller. Managing budgets in our organization is undoubtedly a significant challenge. Does this opportunity sound appealing to you?

Core qualifications of Finance Controller
- Practical knowledge and 5+ years experience within finance
- At least 2+ years of experience in a complex controlling agenda including budgeting, forecasting, planning etc
- Fluency in English and Czech
- German as advantage
- Experience with closings tasks in cooperation with accounting team
- Proactivity and flexibility

What we need from Finance Controller
- Analysis of cash flow, responsibility for selected entities and consolidated view
- Tracking of receivables and liabilities
- Preparation of reporting, allocations, consolidation for the Group entities
- Preparation of the Group budget and forecast
- Regular update of personnel forecast
- Regular analysis of discrepancies between actuals, budget and forecast
- Cooperation with accounting department in times of closings
- Calculation of commissions and bonuses
- Ad hoc tasks
