Senior AI Engineer – Autonomous Agents

Your mission: Build autonomous software that makes business processes smarter, faster, and more human.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect adaptive AI agents using state-of-the-art ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, RL)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate agents into real-world enterprise environments
• Implement continuous learning loops: model fine-tuning, evaluation, and behavior shaping
• Ensure robust CICD pipelines, security, compliance, and monitoring
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold high-quality ML practices

Requirements

• 5+ years in ML/AI engineering with production-grade autonomous agent experience
• Proficiency in Python/C++, ML frameworks, RL and LLM architectures
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments and MLOps tooling
• Excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset
