Creative Dock is on the lookout for an AI enthusiastic, people and data oriented Recruitment Lead to join our team. The Recruitment Lead will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the recruitment team and together attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and guiding the team to achieve hiring goals, whilst alongside managing C-level positions and headhunting. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment for C-level and Executive Roles
As the Recruitment Lead, you still recruit—especially for critical or senior roles.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand what the business truly needs, translating complex requirements into clear hiring priorities.
Drive sourcing efforts across multiple markets, nurture strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.
Assessing the long-term potential of candidates, not just immediate fit.
You will lead the selection process by facilitating structured discussions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring decisions are made based on both skills and cultural fit.
You manage the offer stage with credibility and confidence, negotiating within policy while ensuring the transition to onboarding is seamless and positive.
Lead & Develop the Recruitment Team
Mentor and guide your team to grow their skills, autonomy, and confidence.
Support individual development plans and encourage ownership.
Hold regular 1:1s and team syncs to ensure clarity, consistency, and shared progress.
Daily Stakeholder & HRBP Alignment
Maintain constant communication with business leaders and HRBPs to stay aligned on priorities, workforce planning, and the nuances of a complex organization.
Ensure each hiring need is understood in context—market conditions, team structure, seniority, urgency, and cultural factors.
Recruitment Strategy Development
Design agile, scalable recruitment strategies that match business growth.
Adapt continuously to industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging market expectations.
Support expansion initiatives by supervising new hub openings and ensuring recruitment structures scale accordingly.
AI Tool & Process Ownership
Manage and optimize the internal AI recruitment tool to ensure efficiency, quality of screening, and fairness.
Train the team and stakeholders on best practices.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Track key metrics across markets and roles to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership—focused on quality, speed, and long-term talent attraction.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for emerging markets to support business decisions and recruitment forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successful recruitment and team management.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Factorial is a plus.
