Procurement Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Lead to effectively manage and optimize procurement processes, focusing on building strong partnerships and relationships with ventures, clients, and vendors. This role is crucial for fostering collaborative environments and driving continuous improvement in our purchasing strategies.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline purchasing processes and achieve strong partnerships.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.
Oversee the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and priorities.
Ensure compliance with Group policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement effectiveness and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:

Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate procurement.
FMCG background and/or retail, with a sourcing profile rather than a buyer, is ideal.
Strong knowledge of Excel and procurement systems.
General knowledge of corporate procurement and vendor management.
Fluent in English
