Head of Customer Service and Back Office
Creative Dock Vienna is looking for Head of Customer Service and Back Office for our fintech project, team is located in Vienna, Prague and Kiev. We are building mobile digital platform for freelancers and entrepreneurs, firstly launching in Ukraine and then scaling to other countries in Europe.
- Managing customer servise for online fintech platform.
- Set up all processes, strategies and communication with customers.
- Maintaining a workflow according to priorities.
What are we looking for:
- Technical background and previous experience on the similar position min. 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer oriented approach.
- Fluent English.
