We test directly on the market. We put the product out there as if it exists, and pre‑sell it to see what our target group thinks. We develop microsites, pound the pavements doing research with customers to validate the idea.
Our favourite brief from a client: ”Disrupt our business”. Then, we search the market, talk with customers, travel the world and brainstorm ideas with managers, researchers, AI developers, physicists, behavioural economists, futuristic designers, film directors, detractors and cynics, and creative weirdos to create a list of ideas with potential to push into testing.
In Minimum Viable Product phase, we take the product and set up the dedicated team to launch it on the market. The product is continually evaluated and tweaked to prove feasibility and profitability. At the end, we have a business case that justifies a full roll out.
We scale the product on the market by investing heavily in sales and marketing. We set up processes and invest in IT infrastructure to be able to serve the customer base. The goal is to create an independent, standalone business and hand it over to our client when it has scale and is a viable business model.
