YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Manager at Rohrbeck Heger, you would be responsible for:

• Project execution – scoping and managing resources and deliverables
• Company building – developing and maturing internal best practices and processes
• Business development - leading project proposal execution and playing a key role in building relationships with existing and new clients
• Leading and mentoring a team of highly motivated professionals and seniors to further develop their consulting and business skills, especially in strategy development

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Ideally, you have the proven ability to:

• Define and inform strategy and innovation activities by applying a foresight-driven approach
• Quickly grasp new topics & concepts
• Scoping and delivering projects (on time & budget)
• Design and facilitate workshops for different stakeholder-level groups
• Prepare presentations and reports 
• Clarify stakeholder needs and manage their expectations 
• Support clients in managing internal stakeholders and getting buy-in 
• Fluent in German and English

You have experience in corporate strategy, or brand strategy, or have worked within a management consulting organisation within at least two of the following domains:

• Strategy Development
• Strategic Foresight
• Portfolio analysis and optimization

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive technology and business forward by conducting research on new technologies, participating in presales activities, and guiding the design of high-level architecture for our products. You will also have the chance to mentor junior architects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the continuous improvement of our architecture practices. The core qualities of Enterprise IT Architect

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, particularly in the banking and insurance industries
• Experience with enterprise systems and their implementation - ERP, CRM, DWH
• Strong background as a solution architect with enterprise architecture expertise
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design appropriate architecture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record in mentoring and leading technical teams
• Experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement of architectural practices
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

What we need from Enterprise IT Architect

• Conduct research on new technologies to stay current with industry advancements
• Provide technical feasibility analysis for projects in the design phase
• Participate in presales activities, contributing to architecture proposals
• Develop high-level product breakdowns and design the overall architecture
• Identify reusable technologies from internal company projects and third-party sources
• Analyze and define business requirements and design enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture
• Facilitate the preparation of project estimations
• Mentor and guide junior architects and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of architecture practices and standards
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Manage technical dimension of external vendors’ delivery

Our multinational team operates mainly throughout Europe and the Middle East. Because we develop our projects using agile methodologies, we need people to be able to work closely with each other. If possible, we come into the office 2–3 days a week.
